Agnes Hirdwall is an actress, writer, director and a creative producer. She was born and raised in Sweden, and did her first acting job at the tender age of seven, in Lars Molins’ acclaimed adaption of Nobel Prize winner Selma Lagerlöfs classic novel The Emperor of Portugallia.
Since then, Agnes has been active both in front of and behind the camera, working on fiction as well as documentary projects.
A student of Swedens most renowned theater high school; South Latin Gymnasium, Agnes later continued her acting training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London and at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles; studied creative writing at UCLA Extension in Los Angeles; TV-production at the Media Institute of Sweden, and stunt fighting at The British Action Academy in England.
Agnes recent acting credits include a guest star role in TV4s popular drama series Syrror; a supporting lead in Neko Sparks horror feature It Comes; a supporting role in Pablo Fernandez feature Finding Alice; and a lead in the short films Unknown Territories and Little Boy Blue.
Continuing on in 2017, Agnes is also giving lectures and workshops in reality TV-production, interviewing techniques, and field producing.
